UK citizen Sean Sexton was found dead on May 11 in his house in Stambolovo village, Pavlikeni municipality in Veliko Turnovo region. The body of Sexton (36) was found dead by firefighters who were called to put out a fire in Sexton’s house. Neighbours made the call after the old house caught fire. Sexton’s body was found in the bathroom. The probable cause of death was suffocation, police said. Firefighters believe that the cause of the fire was a cigarette and Sexton must have tried to save himself in the bathroom. Sexton bought the house two years ago.
